SPLENDOUR ACCOMMODATION 2013

This is the 2nd lounge/dining room at rear of house. It's open plan design adjoins the kitchen and it has a sense of space because of its vaulted ceilings. There are 3 large windows that face east, west and north. The room gets morning sun through eastern window and also contains air conditioning. It has 2 lounges and a stereo.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:

As this house is only a part time holiday rental and otherwise owner occupied, the interior design & some furnishings may change from time to time and therefore can be different from the pictures.

The main house contents will be as you read here, however linen, beds and some furniture arrangements may vary from images.

Currently the beds are as follows: Master bdrm1 - King Bed & en-suite, Rm2: study with double sofa bed, Rm3 (usually baby room) but can remove cot if not needed and add a double sofa bed. Sleeps 3 couples in rooms or 1 couple/2 singles, 2 couples/1 single. Additional single can sleep on front lounge (very comfy) and there is also a sofa bed in backlounge, but this cannot be moved.

All tenants must understand and accept this as part of the terms of booking.

HOLIDAY RENTAL INFORMATION

This (part time) holiday house is situated in a quiet residential street only a 5 minute walk to South Golden Beach AND only a 10 minute shuttle bus ride to Splendour. Check the Splendour site for shuttle details. The stop will be a short walk from the house.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! RESPONSIBLE TENANTS ONLY PLEASE!

The house has:

* main bedroom with a King Sized bed, large robe and an ensuite

* 2nd and 3rd rooms have double fold out sofa beds. Both rooms have built in robes.

* main bathroom with a shower, bath & a separate toilet.

*spacious fully equipped kitchen with microwave

*2 lounge rooms. Front lounge with new LED LCD tv and dvd player in one. Some dvd's available.

* ipod docking station in back lounge

*large garden with organic vege patches (and some free veges depending on time of year)

*undercover patio with lounge, hammock chair, dining area, and bbq

* Parking for up to 4 cars out the front

* large laundry with washing machine, dryer and third toilet

* all linen provided, including bath towels (NOT beach towels).

* games & books

* 3 bikes (must be locked when in use). Portion of deposit not refundable if bikes damaged or missing.

HOUSE CAN SLEEP:

1-4 couples (there is a sofa bed in lounge room) and a baby. Cot and change table available in house.

or any family/friend group up to 8 people maximum.

Please note: there are no single beds. Singles or children will have to sleep on doubles. A spare double mattress may also be available. (ask about sleeping if you need to)

COST:

Splendour Fest 4 days and nights $1000 (+$100 cleaners fee)

A security bond of $500 paid in advance.

The deposit is not refundable if there are breakages, missing household items or any other costs incurred to owners during tenants stay.

House will be cleaned professionally on departure. However if the house is left in a disgusting state or dishes are left unwashed then an extra fee of $100 will be taken out of bond
